The short version

We collect what you type into our forms so we can reply to you, and we measure which pages and adverts bring dealers here so we know where to spend. We don't sell your information to anyone, and we don't send marketing unless you ticked the box asking for it. If you want your data gone, email us and it's gone.

What we collect

  • What you give us. Your name, phone number, email, dealership name, current website and rough monthly volume, when you fill in a form or request an audit.
  • How you got here. The advert, campaign, search or link that brought you, plus which page you landed on and which page you submitted from.
  • Basic usage. Pages viewed and general performance data, so we can tell what's working.

We don't ask for and don't want payment details, ID numbers, or anything about your customers.

Cookies and the Meta Pixel

We use the Meta Pixel to measure whether our adverts actually produce enquiries. That's how we know which advert to keep running and which to switch off.

If you choose Decline on the cookie notice, the pixel is not loaded at all on this or any future visit. That is a real switch, not a banner that only hides itself. The site works exactly the same either way.

Who else processes it

We use a small number of providers to run the site. They process data on our behalf, and we don't sell or rent your details to anyone.

Vercel
Hosts the website and runs the form handlers.
Resend
Sends the notification emails when you make an enquiry.
Meta
Advertising measurement, via the Meta Pixel, if you accept cookies.
Calendly
Handles booking if you schedule a call.

Marketing emails

We only add you to our mailing list if you explicitly ticked the box. Every email we send has a working unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. Enquiring about a website does not put you on a list.

Your choices

  • See it. Ask us what we hold about you and we'll tell you.
  • Delete it. Ask and we'll remove it, unless we're legally required to keep a record of work we did for you.
  • Correct it. Tell us what's wrong and we'll fix it.
  • Turn off tracking. Decline on the cookie notice, or clear this site's data in your browser to be asked again.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while there's a realistic chance of doing business, and records of actual client work are kept as long as we're required to. Ask us to delete something earlier and we will.
