Dart Motors
Dart came to us for a website. They left with a system that runs the whole dealership.

The problem
Dart was invisible online. Stock was listed by hand, so the website never matched the floor. Sold cars sat live and fresh stock went up late. Behind the scenes, their in-house finance book was run on paper and gut: no clear view of who owed what, what the book was earning, or who was falling behind.
What we built
First the wedge: a fast dealership site with an auto-updating stock feed, so the cars online always match the cars on the lot, with zero manual uploading. Then we closed the loop on leads: every enquiry, from the website and from AutoTrader, now flows automatically into one inbox, deduplicated and tagged by source, so the team works one list instead of chasing three. Finance applications land in the same place. Once we were inside and could see the real pain, we built the system behind it: Dartbooks, a custom finance and debtors platform that runs the entire book from one live dashboard.
The result
Dart went from a website to a full finance operation. Every agreement, payment and arrear is tracked live, and the owner went from gut to a single screen. And it sells cars: the very day the unified lead inbox went live, it closed one. A buyer who had enquired on AutoTrader and applied for finance on the Dart site, both leads sitting side by side in one place, was followed up and drove the car away the same day. The full loop, working. It's the land-and-expand model we now bring to every dealer: start with the site, earn the systems.
The bottom line
The systems didn't just tidy the admin, they took work off the floor. Reconciling payments, chasing arrears and keeping stock current used to swallow hours of manual work every week. Automated, it let Dart run the same operation with a leaner team and easier day-to-day, saving the equivalent of a full admin salary every month. For a dealership, that's roughly the margin on one extra car sold a month, every month, banked straight to the bottom line, on top of the buyers the site itself brings in.
"Jeez, boys! Thanks to both of you. Definitely making a big difference!"
