What it costs you
A burst geyser is an emergency for about forty minutes. In that window the customer will phone three plumbers and book the first one who answers and sounds certain. Everything you spend on being findable is wasted if the phone rings out.
Where you probably are
Find the one that sounds like your Monday
Plumbers do not shop for websites. They shop for a way to stop missing the calls that pay. Find the situation that sounds like yours and start there.
-
Whena geyser bursts at six in the morning
I want to be the plumber who actually answers, so that I get the callout instead of the next name on the list.
Answering fast → -
Whensomeone searches for an emergency plumber near them
I want to appear on the map before the big call-centre outfits, so that the urgent, well-paid work comes to me.
Winning the map → -
WhenI have quoted a bathroom and heard nothing for a week
I want a follow-up that happens without me remembering it, so that the quote does not quietly die of silence.
Quotes that follow up → -
Whena customer is choosing between me and a cheaper number
I want my reviews and my work doing the arguing, so that I stop having to be the cheapest to win.
Proof that does the selling → -
WhenI am writing invoices on a Sunday afternoon
I want them raised from the job as it is finished, so that I get my weekend back and get paid sooner.
Invoicing from the van → -
WhenI have added a second van and a second plumber
I want to see what each of them actually did this week, so that growing does not just mean more admin for me.
When there is a team →
What we do
Three parts, and most plumbers need two of them
The site makes you findable and credible. Local search decides whether the emergency call reaches you. The software stops the admin eating your evenings. Start with whichever is costing you most.
Websites
Loads fast, calls in one tap, and answers the questions that decide the callout.

The work
A plumbing business already running on this
Vic's Plumbing in the Helderberg is a live build you can click through right now, and they use BlitzBooks for their quoting. Both pillars of what we sell, in one real business, rather than described in the abstract.

Does it pay for itself
What one extra callout a month actually pays for
A geyser replacement sits around R6,000 to R8,000 for most plumbers once parts and labour are counted. A build starts at R15,000. So the site does not have to transform the business, it has to win you two or three extra jobs across a year, and then it keeps working without being bought again.
That is the arithmetic we would run with you on the call, using your callout value rather than ours.
Want to know what your current site is missing?
The audit is free, it takes us about an hour, and you keep it whether you build with us or not.
How this goes when you are on call
01
Fifteen minutes on the phone
How the work comes in, what you charge for a callout, and what you turn away. That is enough for us to quote properly.
02
The free audit
What is losing you callouts right now, written down. Yours to keep, and sometimes it says spend nothing and fix your Google listing.
03
Built around your week
Preview link from week one, voice notes back whenever you get a gap. No meetings and nothing that needs you at a computer.
04
Live, then left alone
Handover on the phone, accounts in your name, and a number that gets answered when something needs changing.
The things that usually stop people signing
The audit is free and it is yours
We tell you what is losing you callouts, in plain terms, whether you build with us or not.
No jargon, no agency theatre
You will get a number, a timeline and a person who answers. We are a two-man business ourselves and we know what that is worth.
You own all of it
Domain, hosting and inbox in your name from day one. Leave whenever you like and take the lot with you.
We will not sell you advertising while your phone goes unanswered
If callouts are already coming in and being missed, paid advertising just increases the number you miss and makes the problem more expensive. Fix the answering first. That is usually cheap, and sometimes free.
What clients say about the service
5.0 on Google →Professional, efficient, and delivered exactly what we needed. The website is clean, modern and easy for our customers to use, and communication was clear throughout.
An absolute pleasure working with James. He created an amazing website for us and kept communication clear the whole way through. Highly recommend for website design or advertising.
What plumbers want to know
Do you have plumbing clients we can see?
Yes. Vic's Plumbing in the Helderberg is live at vicsplumbing.co.za and linked from this page, so go and click it rather than taking our word for it. They also run their quoting on BlitzBooks.
What does it cost?
Builds start at R15,000 with R2,500 a month for hosting, updates and marketing work if you take it. Hosting only is R850 a month. BlitzBooks is separate at R200 a month and you can take it without a website.
Most of my work is emergency callouts. Does a website even matter?
It matters more, not less. Emergency work is the most search-driven work there is, because nobody has a plumber's number saved until they need one. What matters is being findable and answering, in that order.
I am one man and a van. Am I too small for you?
No. We are a two-person business ourselves. What we would say is that if you are already flat out, the website is the wrong purchase and the quoting software is the right one, and we will tell you that rather than sell you both.
How do I get more reviews?
By asking at the right moment, which is the day the job is done and the customer is relieved. We set that up as part of the work because a steady trickle of recent reviews does more for local search than most paid advertising.
Still got a question? Ask it on the call, it is free either way.
Tell us what happens when the phone rings
Tell us what happens when the phone rings at six in the morning. That usually tells us more about the business than anything on the website.
