Marketing you can audit, not just pay for

Meta and Google campaigns, the landing pages behind them, and the tracking that ties a click to an actual enquiry. If a number cannot be measured we will tell you so rather than bill you for it.

What it costs you

Most advertising money is not lost on the advert. It is lost after the click, on a page that asks for too much, or in an enquiry that lands somewhere nobody is watching. You pay for all of it either way.

What the work actually consists of

01

Campaigns

Meta and Google, built around what you actually sell and the people most likely to buy it. Not boosted posts.

02

The page they land on

Traffic is only worth what the page does with it, so the landing page is part of the job rather than an extra line on the quote.

03

Tracking that ties back

Click to enquiry with the source attached, so spend can be argued about with numbers instead of opinions.

04

A monthly report

Against one metric agreed up front, in your language. Never reach, never impressions.

The work

Campaigns pointed at sites we built ourselves

We advertise for businesses whose sites we also build, and that is deliberate. There is nobody to blame when a campaign underperforms, and the landing page can change on the same day the advert does.

The numbers the advertising is actually fighting

92%

of car buyers decide online before they call

42 hours

average dealer response time to an enquiry

78%

of the time, the first to reply wins it

1 in 3

enquiries never properly answered at all

Does it pay for itself

What has to happen for this to pay for itself

Management is R2,500 a month alongside a website retainer, or R4,000 for advertising and social together. If your average job is worth R8,000 and you close one in three enquiries, the fee is covered by roughly one extra job a month. Anything past that is profit you were not getting before.

We will do this sum with your job value and your close rate on the call, before you spend anything.

Not sure the advertising is even the problem?

The free audit tells you whether it is the traffic, the page or the follow-up. Often it is not the one people expect.

How a month actually runs

01

We agree the one number

Before any budget moves we agree what this is supposed to produce. Usually enquiries at a cost you can live with. Never impressions.

02

Tracking goes in first

Pixel, conversion events and a UTM convention, verified firing. Advertising into a site that cannot measure is how agencies hide.

03

Small, then scale

We start narrow enough to learn something, and change one variable at a time, so when it works we know which thing worked.

04

You get the read, monthly

What ran, what it cost, what it produced, and what changes next month. On a call, not buried in a PDF.

We will not run ads into a site that cannot convert

If the site loses the visitor, advertising just buys a more expensive way to lose them, and our name ends up on the result. We will say so, and we would rather fix that first even though it delays the part you came for.

Every trade wastes its budget in a different place

The version of this that matters is the one written for your industry, with the numbers and the vocabulary of that trade. Start there.

What people ask before they spend

Does the ad budget go through you?

No, and it never will. Ad spend sits on your own account and your own card. We manage the campaigns inside your account, so if we ever part ways the account, the history and the audiences all stay with you.

What should we budget?

For most small businesses R5,000 a month is a sensible place to start testing, separate from our fee. Below about R3,000 there is rarely enough data to learn anything, so you end up paying for noise.

What does the management cost?

R2,500 a month alongside a website retainer, or R4,000 a month for advertising and social together as one fee, reviewed against real numbers after three months.

How soon do we know if it is working?

Cost per enquiry shows up within two to three weeks. Whether that cost is good takes longer, because it depends what those enquiries close at, which is why we ask about your close rate up front.

Do you do social posts too?

Yes, inside the combined fee: eight posts a month built from material you already have. We do not run photo or video shoots, and those get quoted separately when they are genuinely needed.
