Marketing for builders

We market builders and renovation companies: local search set up first, finished projects turned into content, Facebook and Instagram adverts from that work, and follow-up that keeps a quote alive while a homeowner decides.

What we run

What marketing looks like when the decision is slow

Local search first

Google Business Profile and reviews before anything paid. It is the cheapest channel and it catches the homeowner already looking.

Finished projects as content

One completed job becomes a gallery entry, a post, an advert and a follow-up.

Follow-up on quotes

A quote that goes quiet is not yet a lost job. It becomes one when nobody follows up.

Measured to the enquiry

One number agreed before anything is spent. Not reach and not impressions.

The point is a second reliable source of enquiries alongside referrals, not a flood of them. You hold the Business Profile and the ad account, and the budget is paid by you directly to the platform.

How the work compounds

One finished job, four pieces of work

  1. 01

    Local search first

Google Business Profile and reviews before anything paid, because it is the cheapest channel there is.

  2. 02

    The project becomes content

One completed job becomes a gallery entry, a post, an advert and a follow-up.

  3. 03

    The adverts run

Facebook and Instagram, built from your own finished work rather than from stock photographs.

  4. 04

    The quotes get chased

A quote that has gone quiet is not a lost job yet. It becomes one when nobody follows up.

One agreed number

Measured to the enquiry and agreed before anything is spent. Not reach, and not impressions.

How it runs

How marketing works for a slow decision

Four parts, because a renovation is decided over weeks rather than on one click.

  1. 01

    Be findable locally

The Google Business Profile set up with the right category, service areas and project photographs, and reviews requested when a project is handed over.

  2. 02

Use the work you already did

Each finished project is photographed and written up once, then used as a gallery entry, a social post and the creative for a Facebook or Instagram advert.

  3. 03

    Stay present while they decide

Adverts shown again to homeowners who visited the site or enquired, so you are still in front of them in week three, not just on day one.

  4. 04

    Follow up the quotes

Every quote sent is followed up on a schedule. Most quiet quotes are lost to silence rather than to a competitor.

Ready to turn finished jobs into the next one?

Tell us the work you want more of and what you are spending now. You get a plan with one number agreed before any spend.

Measured, not claimed

Tracking before budget, every time

Tracking goes in before any budget on every engagement, so an enquiry can be traced to its source rather than reported as impressions. On a decision that takes weeks that matters more, because the advert that started it may be well before the signature.

Before you spend

What if the enquiries are the wrong ones

Free quote, no obligation

We go through your site, your gallery and your enquiry path and quote what it would take. Yours whether you build with us or not.

We will tell you what we have not done

We have not built for a building or renovation company yet, and you will hear that from us before you hear it anywhere else.

In your name from day one

Domain, hosting and inbox registered to you during the build. Leave whenever you like and nothing needs rebuilding.

Before you spend

Questions about marketing a building business

Who owns the ad account and the Business Profile?

You do. Both sit under your business with you as the owner, and we are granted access. Removing that access leaves everything intact.

Where does the ad budget go?

From you directly to the platform. We never invoice it, hold it or mark it up.

We get most work from referrals. Why change that?

You should not change it. Referrals are the best enquiries you will get. The case for marketing is a second source, so a quiet month from referrals is not a quiet month for the business.

How long before it produces enquiries?

Local search builds over months. Adverts need several weeks of spend before the numbers mean anything, and a renovation enquiry may take weeks more to become a signed project.

See where your enquiries actually come from

Tell us how homeowners find you now and what usually kills a quote. If your problem is capacity rather than enquiries, we will say so and stop there.
