Registration, explained properly
For new homes, a builder registers with the NHBRC but each house is enrolled separately, at least 15 days before construction. Enrolment is what carries the 5-year structural warranty. The site states your registration and explains the difference, which most builder sites never do.

Projects organised by type and scale
Extensions, kitchens, bathrooms and new builds kept apart, each labelled with what was done. A homeowner looking at a double-storey extension should not have to scroll past twelve bathrooms to find one.

An enquiry that saves a site visit
The form asks for a budget range, a rough timeframe and whether plans are drawn. A builder driving out to price a job that was never going to happen loses half a day.

What do you need from me?
Photographs of finished projects grouped by job, your NHBRC registration if you build new homes, the areas you work in, and your logo.
Do you use WordPress or a drag-and-drop editor?
No. These are hand-coded and hosted on Vercel, so there is no plugin to keep updated and no editor licence to renew.
How long does a build take?
Typically three to four weeks from the point we have your photographs and details. Gathering and grouping the project photos is usually the longest part.
Can we add new projects ourselves?
Adding a project is covered by the monthly: send the photos and a line about the job and it is published. If you want to add them yourself, that can be built in and is quoted with the site.
